Do your store offer refunds?

No, all sales are final. This means that we will not be issuing any refunds. 

What if my items are damaged?

ASV works hard everyday to ensure our customers packages are handled with care. Although we place a fragile sticker on all of our orders, we understand that things do happen once orders are out of our hands. Please send us an email (allshadesofvi@gmail.com) with pictures immediately once you notice anything faulty with your order. You have 48hrs to contact us about your order once it has been delivered.
